A chemistry of healing.
A formula for joy.
The six pillars of the INSIDE Method™
Each pillar aligns one emotion with one repeatable skill, helping young people understand that emotions are information—and giving them a practical response they can use at school, at home, at work, and throughout life.

The same six INSIDE pillars continue across both age pathways. The skills do not restart at age 16—they deepen, expand, and become tools for navigating increasingly complex real-life decisions.
Ages 8–15 • Build the foundation
The six-week experience introduces emotional recognition, vocabulary, self-awareness, healthy coping, communication, confidence, and responsible decision-making through guided practice.
Ages 16–20 • Apply and expand
The young adult curriculum applies the same six pillars to identity, boundaries, healthy relationships, stress, leadership, career readiness, money mindset, future planning, and major life transitions.
The result • A growing toolbox
With repeated practice, young people build a personal toolbox they can return to when facing difficult emotions, relationships, responsibilities, opportunities, and change.
One method. Two age pathways.
Both age pathways offer separate Girls’ and Boys’ curricula designed around the needs, decisions, and real-life experiences of each developmental stage.
